Good Morning & Happy Valentine's Day!

I pray that on this special day, you will receive an outpouring of love and appreciation from those closest to you.  Be sure to recognize the many small gestures and special ways that people say I love you (like my niece surprising me with chocolate covered strawberries).  Above all, remember...

First, Love Yourself!

More importantly than the expectation of external appreciation, I pray that you discover (or gain a greater appreciation for) the power of empowering, pampering, nurturing and protecting yourself.  By loving yourself first, you'll gain strength, self-awareness, empowerment and wellness that will generate joy from the inside out.
