This is truly the lifeblood of your business.  When you keep your pipeline full of new people that you network and share the products and business opportunity with, you'll always have a stream of special people who will see the vision and want to be part of our community.  As you can see from Bill Britt's quote above, this is a by the numbers business.  We you understand that your conversion rate will be about 20%, you'll be inspired to keep going despite the NO's.  He got 900, but he keep going to build and nurture relationships until he was able to grow his business with the 11 people who helped make him a millionaire.  Be clear, he would have not found those 11 had he not shown the plan to the full 1200!  This is why it's so important to make it your mission to continually introduce yourself to new people each and every day and SHOW THE PLAN!

5 GEMS

Keep recruiting until you find at least 5 GEMS!  (Bill Britt, found 11; so our system asks you to find less than half!)  Your goal is to recruit new CEOs who are ready to maximize the opportunity by also following the system.  Recruiting CEOs means that you are helping them position themselves for all aspects of the compensation plan including coding bonuses, car bonuses, stock options and more. In the process, this will also build your your weekly checks with CEO CODING bonuses and FAST START bonuses.  By following the system for themselves, your GEMs will promote to EMD and SEMD which will help you promote up the ranks as well.

This is the absolute minimum monthly auto-ship everyone is expected to maintain each month.  This can include products for you and your family, products that you can share/sample at events, parties or vending opportunities.  This is like a TURBO-BOOSTER for building your residual bonuses for you and everyone you recruit.  What is most ingenious is that in very short order (depending on how fervently you work the system), your business will PAY FOR YOUR AUTO-SHIP.  But it doesn't stop there.  Just look at the chart below to see just how powerful this plan truly is.
